All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz (card payments), and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability for your location. In case of a pricing error, incorrect product description, or typo on our website, EmberBD reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order, and the customer will be notified. Product colors may slightly vary from images shown due to screen/display differences and lighting during photography.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. EmberBD reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. If an order is cancelled by us, any payment already made will be refunded in full. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka, though actual delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is handled through our courier partners, including Pathao, RedX, Sundarban Courier, Steadfast, or our own delivery staff. EmberBD is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect address provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
